Welcome to NWTB Gift Exchange 2025!Gift Exchange is community event akin to Secret Santa where participants create gifts for each other! Gifts include any sort of art medium, such as fics, drawings, edits, handcrafts and more!Participants will submitting a few prompts that they would like to receive as gifts, then other participants would receive those prompts to create a piece for that person.Sign-up form are open until 9th Nov. Make sure you already read the schedule and guidelines before you sign-up.

Schedule:

Sign-up (13 Oct - 9 Nov)
Participants fill in their info and wishlists to sign-up form
Assignments (10 Nov - 12 Nov)*
Mod sending out giftees and wishlist to participants
Gift Making (13 Nov - 24 Dec)
Participants creating gifts based on wishlist they got
Preview Week (18 Dec - 24 Dec)*
Participants post their wip/snippet
Gift Week (25 Dec - 31 Dec)
Participants post their gift and tag their giftees

*important dates, make sure regularly check your e-mail and/or our socials on these period

Guidelines:

• Only sign-up if you are sure you can get your gift done before the last day of Gift Week (31st Dec).• All gifts/wishes should be NWTB related. Let it be egos, roles he played, or inspired by his songs.• Your Giftee's Wishlist will be sent by e-mail, when you get it please check your giftee socials immediately to make sure you are not blocked by them, and then please send back e-mail confirmation of it.• All works submitted for this event must be SFW, and able to be posted on social media, other than that there's no restriction nor minimum requirement on what kind of gift you can make. Wether its fics, drawings, edits, covers, moodboard, cosplay, web-weave, crochet, literally anything you can post on social media.• Don't reveal your gift or your giftee publicly before 25th Dec. In any case you need to ask question to your giftee about their wishlist, please ask them anonymously. If you don't have any way to do so, you can contact us. We will then forward your question to them.• If you need time extension or need to dropout, please let us know ASAP so we can tell you giftee that their gift will be late/assign a pinch-hitter.• When posting your gift, tag your giftee and our socials with hashtag #nwtbgiftexchange25. Make sure your account are public so it can be enjoyed by community.• And the most important thing, have fun :D
